Developed for Somos Luz A.C., this project consisted of two educational videos focused on explaining the importance of palliative care for liver cancer patients. The videos communicate key medical and emotional aspects in a clear, human-centered way, helping patients and families better understand symptom management, treatment support, and overall supportive care.
The project focused on developing two 2D animated educational videos designed to communicate the importance of palliative care for liver cancer patients in a clear and compassionate way. My role included character animation, motion graphics integration, pacing, and narrative adjustments to ensure medical concepts were understandable while maintaining emotional sensitivity and visual coherence throughout both pieces.
This experience strengthened my ability to translate sensitive health information into accessible visual narratives for awareness initiatives. It reinforced skills in educational storytelling, clarity of communication, and audience-centered design while working within nonprofit objectives and social impact messaging to deliver content that informs, supports, and promotes public understanding of palliative care.
