For the KW Mexico Family Reunion 2025, a large-scale corporate event, the project involved producing a series of daily recap videos capturing the highlights of each day. The videos were edited overnight to ensure readiness for presentation across all event screens the following morning, supporting real-time audience engagement throughout the event.
The project focused on the post-production of multiple daily recap videos, working with event footage captured throughout each day. My role included editing, pacing, music selection, and visual narrative construction under tight deadlines, ensuring each piece effectively communicated the energy, atmosphere, and key moments of the event while maintaining consistency across all deliverables and presentation formats.
The overnight production workflow required efficiency, adaptability, and confident decision-making to deliver polished content within limited timeframes. This experience strengthened my ability to work in high-pressure environments, manage rapid turnaround projects, and maintain professional audiovisual quality for large-scale corporate audiences while responding to evolving event needs in real production contexts.
